3rd day of SB diet

So far, okay. The cravings are hitting me a little now. I feel hungry no matter what I eat. I'm trying to keep busy so I forget about it.

Exercise:
Turbo Jam 60 min and 15 min ab work.

Food:
eggs, V8, string cheese
black bean, pork, and salsa dish
big salad
balsamic basil honey chicken and veggies
